We're limited to 23 trade show tables for this event, so reserve your table as soon as possible. A $100 deposit will be returned to you for early set up Oct 24th, 4-pm. We always sell-out early!

What to Expect?

Be Prepared Day Of

Table Location & Space: Trade Show Table sponsors will have a 6 foot table in length, with a black table cloth to display their company information. Tables will be located around the perimeter of the room. There will be time before, during and after The Incredible Networking Event for table sponsors to visit with the attendees.
Sponsors Gift: Part of the prizes, Trade Show Table Sponsors are to supply an estimated value $50 gift basket to be raffled off at the event. Gift is required to be a physical item. No Gift certificates.
Samples and Company Information: Trade Show Table Sponsors may place their Information in the event Takeaway bags which are handed out to each attendee! No retail selling on the tables.
Trade show Table Set Up: It is requested that Trade Show Tables be setup the day before On Thurs, Oct 24th between 4-7pm. If your table is is ready by Oct. 24th, you will receive a $100 refund. Doors will open by 7:30am and we strongly suggest someone be ready at your table by 7:15am.
Need Power? Please let us know if you will need electricity at your table. There is no extra charge.
